Each year, the LSVI Orientation and Mobility Department offers two summer O&M camps in June. These camps are designed to provide parish students with opportunities to access a variety of travel experiences that might not be available in their home parishes. These might include:
- Residential and commercial area travel
- Street crossings
- Accessing public transportation
- Living skills (shopping/making purchases, eating out, etc.)
- Recreational activities, and
- Social activities
