February camp was filled with fun and excitement. Students from LSVI and parts throughout Louisiana came for camp. Students enjoyed a weekend of Mardi Gras Parades where they were showered with beads and food sponsored by the Hilton Hotel. They got to see how it used to be in the “Olden Days” at the Rural Life Museum. They enjoyed eating at Papacito’s Mexican restaurant, Chee-burger Chee-burger and CiCi’s Pizza. They relaxed at The Tinsel Town Theatre and enjoyed popcorn and drinks. The kids enjoyed there time at camp and can’t wait for the summer camps.
